Anne Sherwood is recognized as one of Helena’s most outstanding young lawyers. She is a fourth-generation Montanan who grew up in Helena. During the 2025 session, she has been testifying on behalf of Friends of the Third Branch at hearings on bills that would erode the powers and independence of Montana’s judicial branch.
Rep. Tom France is in his third session in the MT Legislature representing the north side of Missoula and northern Missoula County. Tom is Vice-Chair of the House Judiciary, which hears every bill, good and bad, affecting Montana’s courts. Prior to serving in the Legislature, Tom was an attorney with the National Wildlife Federation, litigating many cases in Montana courts, including Montana Environmental Information Center v. DEQ which established every person’s constitutional right to a clean and healthful environment.
Raph Graybill is an attorney in Helena with deep roots in Great Falls, including his grandfather Leo Graybill, who presided over the Montana Constitutional Convention in 1972. Raph is the preeminent legal defender of the Montana Constitution, defending it against a barrage of legislation passed in 2021 and 2023 undermining Montanans’ constitutional rights.
Terry Minow, Big Sky 55+ Board Chair & moderator, grew up on a ranch south of Miles City and went to college and taught Head Start in Missoula. She was the political director of MEA-MFT, now MT Federation of Public Employees, and is a founding member of the Big Sky 55+ board of directors.
