1. Follow its progress through the legislature
If you know the bill number, go to

for information on the bill's status and who's involved.
If you don't know the bill number, go to http://laws.leg.mt.gov/legprd/law0203w$.startup?P_SESS=20231
to look up bills by subject area, for example.
2. Send your opinion to the legislators
Go to
https://www.legmt.gov/participate/
and follow the instructions.
Send an email to one of our 2 elected officials (Mike Cuffe or Neil Duram) or a member of the pertinent committee. These folks can all be found through https://www.legmt.gov/
